£32,000 – £35,000 | Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm
Covering Merseyside, Cheshire & West Midlands
Full UK driving licence & access to a vehicle required
I currently am recruiting on behalf of a well-established care provider for a Learning Disabilities Trainer/Facilitator to join their team.
About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced care professional or current manager who is ready to transition into a dedicated learning and development position.
You will play a key role in delivering high-quality training across multiple services, supporting staff development and promoting best practice throughout the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging, face-to-face training including CPI, EFAW and Moving & Handling
Support induction, onboarding and refresher training programmes
Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance standards are met
Use digital learning platforms to track progress and report on training activity
Work closely with managers and the wider L&D team to support workforce development
About You
We are looking for someone who has:
A strong background in health and social care
Experience delivering training, coaching or mentoring others
Confident presentation and communication skills
Good understanding of compliance within regulated care environments
Strong organisation skills and a proactive, people-focused approach
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
