Learning Support Manager

Overview
Gloucestershire Professional Services (GPS) is hiring a Learning Support Manager to lead the SEND team at Gloucestershire College’s Cinderford campus. This key role involves overseeing a wide range of support services for learners with SEND, including EHCP management, in-class and out-of-class support, mentoring, assistive technology, and exam access arrangements. The manager will ensure high-quality provision through effective team leadership, robust assessments, personalised support plans, and collaboration with staff, families, and external professionals.Responsibilities
Lead the SEND team at the Cinderford campus and ensure high-quality provision for learners with SEND.Coordinate EHCP management and in-class and out-of-class support.Provide mentoring, implement assistive technology, and manage exam access arrangements.Develop and implement robust assessments and personalised support plans.Collaborate with staff, families, and external professionals to support learner progress and wellbeing.Additional information
