Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Providing tailored support to children with a variety of learning and behavioural needs
- Assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging and accessible lessons
- Supporting pupils with EHCPs and adapting activities to suit individual learning styles
- Promoting emotional wellbeing, resilience, and independence in the classroom
- Assisting with personal care needs when required, always maintaining dignity and respect
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and external professionals to ensure holistic support
This Role is Ideal for Psychology Graduates Who:
- Are passionate about child development, mental health, and inclusive education
- Want hands-on experience with SEN, including autism, ADHD, and social/emotional needs
- Have experience in care, support work, or education (desirable but not essential)
- Are empathetic, patient, and proactive in supporting childrenandrsquo;s learning journeys
- Are open to providing personal care and emotional support when needed
- Are keen to learn from experienced educators and engage in ongoing training
