Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Providing tailored support to children with a variety of learning and behavioural needs
• Assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging and accessible lessons
• Supporting pupils with EHCPs and adapting activities to suit individual learning styles
• Promoting emotional wellbeing, resilience, and independence in the classroom
• Assisting with personal care needs when required, always maintaining dignity and respect
• Collaborating with teachers, parents, and external professionals to ensure holistic support

This Role is Ideal for Psychology Graduates Who:

• Are passionate about child development, mental health, and inclusive education
• Want hands-on experience with SEN, including autism, ADHD, and social/emotional needs
• Have experience in care, support work, or education (desirable but not essential)
• Are empathetic, patient, and proactive in supporting childrenandrsquo;s learning journeys
• Are open to providing personal care and emotional support when needed
• Are keen to learn from experienced educators and engage in ongoing training
