Learning Support Assistant (Full Time/Temporary)Lincoln, Lincolnshire£16,000 - £22,000 salary is depending on experience and or qualificationsVision for Education is currently recruiting for a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a welcoming and inclusive secondary school in Lincoln from November 2025. This is a long-term, full-time position expected to run for the full academic year. The successful candidate will support students with a range of special educational needs (SEN), both in and out of the classroom, and help ensure they have full access to the curriculum.This school prides itself on its supportive environment and strong commitment to inclusive education. The SEN department works closely with teaching staff to provide targeted, effective support that enables all learners to succeed.
