The team is seeking a compassionate and proactive Learning Support Assistant to join them on a short-term basis, with the potential for this to develop into a long-term role for the right person. This position is ideal for someone with a background in care, youth work, or community support who understands the importance of patience, empathy, and positive relationships in helping young people thrive.The successful SEND Learning Support Assistant will be working closely with students aged 4 19 with a range of additional needs, including ASD, SEMH, SLD, PMLD, and communication difficulties. You ll support pupils both 1:1 and in small groups, creating a safe and engaging space where every learner feels valued and encouraged.
