Learning Support Assistant Contract: Full-time, Temporary (ongoing)Employer: The Supply Register, on behalf of Tyne Coast CollegeLocation: South Tyneside CollegeSalary: £14.91-£16.28 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay) About the Role The Supply Register is seeking passionate, dedicated and supportive Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join South Tyneside College on a full-time, temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference to students by providing tailored support to learners with a range of additional learning needs. As an LSA, you will play an important role in creating an inclusive, positive and supportive learning environment, helping students overcome barriers and achieve their academic, personal and progression goals. Working closely with teaching staff, you will provide support across classroom, small-group and one-to-one settings, adapting your approach to meet individual learner needs. You will help students develop confidence, independence and essential skills, enabling them to make meaningful progress throughout their learning programme.
