As an LSA, you will play an important role in creating an inclusive, positive and supportive learning environment, helping students overcome barriers and achieve their academic, personal and progression goals.Working closely with teaching staff, you will provide support across classroom, small-group and one-to-one settings, adapting your approach to meet individual learner needs.
