TeacherActive is currently recruiting for a Learning Support Assistant to work within a further education college in Northampton. This role involves supporting students with a range of additional learning needs, ensuring they are able to fully access the curriculum and engage with their studies.You will work closely with lecturers to provide targeted support during lessons, as well as assisting learners on a one-to-one or small group basis where required.
