The school is looking to take on a dedicated Learning Support Assistant on a long-term and daily supply basis. The successful Learning Support Assistant will be working on a 1:1 basis with SEND pupils across all primary year groups, supporting their learning, engagement and emotional development throughout the school day.

The successful Learning Support Assistant will have:

• Experience working with children with SEND
• Experience providing 1:1 support within a school setting
• A good understanding of primary education
• Strong behaviour management skills
• A patient, calm and supportive nature
• A ‘can-do’ attitude and flexibility
