Learning Support Assistant

We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant / LSA who is passionate about supporting high-quality learning and making a meaningful impact on pupils’ development.

The ideal Learning Support Assistant / LSA will be able to:
• Support the delivery of engaging and well-structured lessons alongside the class teacher
• Provide targeted support to individual pupils and small groups
• Support children with Special Educational Needs / SEN within a mainstream classroom
• Adapt support strategies to meet the needs, abilities and learning styles of pupils
• Promote positive behaviour and maintain high expectations for learning and progress
• Help pupils to build confidence, independence and resilience
• Build positive, professional relationships with pupils, staff and parents
• Help create a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment
• Contribute positively to a values-led school community
