Learning Support Assistant - Croydon A friendly, inclusive and successful two-form entry primary school in Croydon is seeking a caring and committed SEN Learning Support Assistant to join its supportive team on a fixed-term basis. The role offers an excellent opportunity for a dedicated SEN Learning Support Assistant to provide effective classroom and pastoral support to pupils across the school, with a particular focus on children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEN). The Role - SEN Teaching Assistant The successful SEND Teaching Assistant will: Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with SEND. Support children of all abilities to access the curriculum and participate fully in school life. Work alongside class teachers to support learning and development. Deliver appropriate interventions to support individual pupil needs. Help pupils develop their confidence, independence and learning skills. Provide classroom and playground support across the school. Build positive and trusting relationships with individual pupils and groups.
