This role involves working alongside teachers and support staff to help pupils access learning, develop confidence, and remain engaged throughout the school day.You will provide a mix of 1:1 support and small-group assistance, helping pupils who may benefit from additional guidance with their learning, organisation, behaviour, or overall classroom engagement.
