Learning Support Assistant - Winchester Prospero Teaching is recruiting a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to support pupils in schools across the Winchester area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about education and enjoys helping young people build confidence, develop independence, and achieve their full potential. Working alongside teachers and support staff, you will provide additional support to pupils who may require extra guidance with their learning, organisation, confidence, or classroom engagement. Support may be delivered on a 1:1 basis or through small-group interventions, depending on the needs of the school and individual pupils. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain valuable experience in education while making a meaningful difference to pupils'' learning and development.
