Learning Support Assistant - Eastleigh Prospero Teaching is recruiting a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to work with pupils in schools across the Eastleigh area. This role involves supporting teaching and learning within the classroom, helping pupils develop confidence, engage with learning, and achieve their full potential. Working closely with teachers and support staff, you will provide additional support to pupils who may require extra guidance with their learning, organisation, confidence, or classroom participation. Support may be delivered on a 1:1 basis or within small groups, depending on the needs of the school and individual pupils.
