Long Term Futures is actively seeking a compassionate and proactive Learning Support Assistant (LSA) or Teaching Assistant (TA) to join a welcoming primary school located in the borough of Lewisham. This vital role involves supporting the academic and social development of pupils across various key stages.We specialise in securing stable, long-term placements with excellent prospects for transitioning into a permanent school contract. We utilise trial days in place of formal interviews to ensure the perfect fit for both you and the school team.The Position: Facilitating Inclusive LearningThis is a key full-time support role within a dedicated primary school. As an LSA/TA, you will be instrumental in ensuring all pupils, particularly those with Special Educational Needs (SEN) or those requiring extra assistance, can access the curriculum and thrive.
