We''re looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic, and resilient Learning Support Assistant to join the dedicated team at a specialist SEN school in New Malden.The Role:Deliver tailored 1:1 and small group support, adapting learning to meet the unique needs of pupils with autism, speech and language difficulties, ADHD, and social-emotional challenges.Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where children feel safe, supported, and motivated to engage.Help pupils develop essential life skills and social confidence, celebrating every achievement, big or small.Work closely with teachers, therapists, and families to set goals, monitor progress, and celebrate successes.Act as a role model, showing patience, empathy, and encouragement every step of the way.Requirements:A caring and resilient individual who believes in the potential of every child.Strong communication skills, with the ability to build trust and positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families.A team player who can bring energy, adaptability, and positivity to the classroom.Previous experience in an SEN, childcare, or educational setting is valued - but enthusiasm and the right attitude matter most.A relevant qualification in education, childcare, or SEN support is desirable, but not essential.Benefits:Be part of a ..... full job details .....
