Role Responsibilities:
Provide focused support to individual pupils and small groups as a Learning Support Assistant to enhance their learning experiences
Adapt lessons and classroom materials to suit different learning needs and abilities
Collaborate closely with teachers to deliver personalised learning plans
Support pupils with SEN to develop confidence, independence, and positive learning behaviours
Help promote a calm and encouraging environment that supports emotional wellbeing
Candidate Profile:
Previous experience working as a Learning Support Assistant, ideally with children who have special educational needs (SEN)
Knowledge of effective strategies to support a broad spectrum of additional needs
Patient, caring, and resilient with a genuine commitment to making a difference
Able to work confidently both independently and within a team
