About the Role

A caring Lambeth primary school is seeking an empathetic and reliable Learning Support Assistant to provide one-to-one SEN support for a Year 1 pupil starting in January, with the opportunity to begin trial days as soon as possible. The successful Learning Support Assistant will help the pupil with emotional regulation, engagement in lessons, and the development of early literacy and numeracy skills.

This is a great opportunity for a Learning Support Assistant who enjoys working in a nurturing KS1 setting and wants to make a meaningful impact on a child''s day-to-day school experience.

The Ideal Candidate

The school is looking for a Learning Support Assistant who:

• Has experience supporting children with SEN in mainstream settings

• Can follow personalised support plans and provide calm, consistent guidance

• Builds strong rapport with young learners

• Works collaboratively with teachers, SENCO, and parents
