Location: Bromley

Job Title: SEND Learning Support Assistant-

Pay and working hours:

• Per hour/Salary: -15.55 per hour
• Working hours:- 32.5 hours - Monday-to Friday - 9-3:30pm
• Must be-able to commute to Bromley-

Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-to-one and small group support-to students with SEND
Support students in the classroom to help them engage with learning activities
Assist learners with academic work, organisation, and classroom tasks
Help support behaviour management and emotional regulation-where needed
Support students with personal care if required

Promote a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teaching staff

-Requirements:

Enhanced DBS-covering both Child and Adult Workforce-(essential)
Previous experience supporting students with SEND-in an educational setting
Ability to provide one-to-one and small group support
Understanding of behaviour management and emotional regulation
Patient, supportive, and able to build positive relationships with learners
Willingness to support personal care if required
