Your Role as a Primary LSA Will Include:

• Supporting pupils in and out of the classroom with both learning and wellbeing

• Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment

• Assisting teachers in delivering creative, accessible lessons

• Being a consistent, caring presence who celebrates every child’s progress

What We’re Looking For:

• A genuine passion for working with children

• Confidence building respectful, supportive relationships with pupils and staff

• Patience, positivity, and flexibility in the classroom

• Previous experience in schools, nurseries, or youth work is welcome—but not essential
