Then we may have an exciting opportunity for you:Behaviour Support Assistant Full time, November 2025We are actively recruiting for individuals who have a passion for supporting pupils with social, emotional and behavioural difficulties (SEBD) and those who come from disadvantaged backgrounds.The role of a behavioural support assistant is to build up an excellent relationship with a pupil on a 1:1 basis to help steer them in the right direction in life and be a positive role model.Due to the nature of the pupils and the backgrounds they often come from, the school are looking for individuals who aren t phased by a high tariff of behavioural difficulties and someone who has the ability to think on their feet to de-fuse any potential escalations in the classroom.The school are looking for anyone who is of a sporting background because when your 1:1 pupil is agitated they are more than happy for you to go outside and engage the pupil in their preferred choice of sport to help cool them off before re-engaging them again in the schoolwork.
