Learning Support Assistant - Camden - Full-Time Roles for September

Tradewind Education is seeking enthusiastic and committed Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to work in primary schools across Camden, starting full-time in September.

If you have a passion for supporting children''s development and at least 6 months of experience working in a UK primary school, we would love to hear from you.

What we''re looking for:

• At least 6 months'' experience supporting children in a UK primary school setting (EYFS, KS1, or KS2)

• Experience supporting children with SEND (such as autism, ADHD, speech and language needs, or SEMH) is highly desirable

• Ability to follow the class teacher''s planning and adapt tasks to suit the individual needs of pupils

• Confidence to work 1:1 or with small groups, delivering academic or behavioural interventions

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• A positive, reliable, and flexible attitude to working in different classroom environments

• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children

• Must be available full-time from September 2025
