As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and the SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) department to support students with additional learning needs-helping them access the curriculum, build confidence, and achieve their full potential. You will assist in-class, deliver targeted interventions, and contribute to the wider life of the school.
