GSL Education is recruiting Learning Support Assistants for schools in Halstead. The role may involve two half-days and one full day per week—ideal for candidates seeking flexible work within education.

Role Duties Include:
• Providing academic and emotional support to pupils in a classroom setting
• Assisting teachers in delivering structured lessons and maintaining focus
• Supporting SEN pupils with their day-to-day learning activities
• Helping manage behaviour and support classroom routines
• Adapting your support style to suit varied needs and timetables

Candidate Essentials:
• Previous experience in education or support roles
• Flexible availability and strong time management
• A kind, professional, and proactive attitude
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply through GSL Education)
