About the Role

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to provide tailored support to students, including those with additional needs. You will help create an inclusive learning environment where every student feels valued and supported. Whether working 1:1 or in small groups, your role will involve encouraging student engagement, promoting positive behavior, and ensuring each learner can reach their full potential.
