Primary Learning Support Assistant - Full-Time, ASAP Start

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:00pm (Term Time)

Contract: Full-Time, Term-Time Only
We are excited to be working with a fantastic primary school in Camden seeking a skilled Learning Support Assistant (LSA). This role is ideal for someone passionate about helping children with additional needs thrive both academically and socially.
Your Role:
Provide 1:1 support for a child with autism and speech & language needs
Collaborate with the SENCO and class teacher to deliver personalised learning plans
Encourage emotional wellbeing, confidence, and social development
Support sensory and communication strategies, adapting resources to meet children''s needs
Help to create a safe and positive learning environment
What You''ll Need:
Experience supporting children with SEN (autism and speech & language preferred)
A compassionate, patient approach and strong behaviour management skills
Knowledge of Makaton, PECS, or other SEN strategies (desirable)
Commitment to working full-time, term-time only
