Primary Learning Support Assistant - Full-Time, ASAP Start
Location: Camden, London
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:00pm (Term Time)
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Full-Time, Term-Time Only

We are excited to be working with a fantastic primary school in Camden seeking a skilled Learning Support Assistant (LSA). This role is ideal for someone passionate about helping children with additional needs thrive both academically and socially.

Your Role:

• Provide 1:1 support for a child with autism and speech & language needs

• Collaborate with the SENCO and class teacher to deliver personalised learning plans

• Encourage emotional wellbeing, confidence, and social development

• Support sensory and communication strategies, adapting resources to meet children''s needs

• Help to create a safe and positive learning environment

What You''ll Need:

• Experience supporting children with SEN (autism and speech & language preferred)

• A compassionate, patient approach and strong behaviour management skills

• Knowledge of Makaton, PECS, or other SEN strategies (desirable)

• Commitment to working full-time, term-time only
