We are currently seeking Learning Support Assistant''s across Basingstoke to support our client SEN schools. As an LSA you would be working with and supporting children, most of which have an EHCP, on a 1:1, small group or general classroom basis.
If you have personal experience of SEN or Mental Health or have built experience via a qualification, or through your own volunteering and paid work, this role will really help build on your experience.

A successful candidate for this role will hold a number of responsibilities as an SEN Teaching Assistant:

• Help pupils access curriculum through your dedicated support
• Create and help with resources
• Raise attainment of the students
• Support the needs of students with SEND
• Work alongside and learn from the teaching team
• Adapt your support style dependant on the students needs
• Monitor pupil progress
