• Assisting teachers in implementing personalized learning plans

• Helping to build independence and self-confidence in pupils with special educational needs

Candidate Profile:

• Experience working as a Learning Support Assistant with children who have SEN

• Knowledge of effective strategies to support a broad range of additional needs

• Patient, compassionate, and resilient approach to working with children

• Based locally or able to reliably commute to West Bromwich
