Many of these children also have co-existing issues such as social, emotional and mental health needs.The school need a learning mentor to come in and support their students in their day to day activities.The students that attend this school are between the ages of 4 and 11. Some children have a personalised educational and health care plan and individual intervention plans designed to help them thrive. As a learning support assistant, you will be part of ensuring that they are able to complete their academic work while also helping them navigate through their emotions.
