We''re recruiting for a Learning Disabilities Clinical Lead to join a leading and growing community complex care provider supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and complex behaviours. This is a genuine growth role, with the successful candidate initially taking clinical responsibility for just one package of care in Norfolk. Rather than inheriting a large caseload from day one, you''ll have the opportunity to establish excellent clinical standards, build strong relationships with the care team and wider professionals, and gradually support additional packages as the service grows. This is a hybrid position offering 1-2 days working from home each week, alongside community-based working. With a salary of 55,000- 57,000, company car, performance-related bonus and 45p per mile mileage, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced RNLD or RMN looking for greater clinical autonomy, flexibility and long-term career progression within community complex care.
