About the Role
This full-time Learning & Development Manager post in Lincolnshire offers a salary of £40,000 to £55,000 annually. OVERVIEW:
• A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Learning & Development professional to join a growing organisation and play a key role in developing its people.
• You will take responsibility for the planning, coordination and delivery of a range of learning and development initiatives across the firm.
• Working closely with colleagues and senior stakeholders, you will identify development needs and introduce effective learning solutions.

• You will also oversee the effective coordination and administration of training programmes, ensuring a positive experience for colleagues.
• You will monitor the effectiveness of learning initiatives and use feedback to continually improve the firm's approach to development.
• The successful candidate will be an experienced L&D professional with excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience within professional services or a legal environment would be advantageous, although candidates from other relevant sectors will also be considered.
