This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised, credible and engaging LandD professional to take ownership of learning and development across the organisation, combining strategy, programme design, facilitation and hands-on administration. The Opportunity This is a varied role where you will play a key part in shaping and delivering the organisation''s learning agenda. Initially, a key priority will be establishing robust systems, effective learning plans and dependable course administration, ensuring colleagues receive a consistently high-quality learning and development experience. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you will have the opportunity to make a tangible impact on colleague development, early careers, leadership capability and professional skills.
