Learning Care Support Assistant (LCSA)As a Learning Care Support Assistant, you will be instrumental in providing support to children, particularly those with special educational needs. Reporting to the Lead Educator, your role will involve engaging with children, fostering their development, and implementing tailored learning strategies. With core experience in working with children and premium skills in teaching and supporting individuals with autism, you will create a nurturing environment.
