Job Title: Learning and Development Specialist
Pay: -40,000 (per Annum)
Duration: 18 months (Potential for extension)
Working Pattern: Full Time

Join our dynamic Learning and Development team dedicated to enhancing the capabilities of our workforce. We are seeking a passionate Learning and Development Specialist to deliver impactful learning initiatives that support our organisational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will:
- Execute comprehensive Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and training requirements.
- Deliver engaging classroom and virtual training sessions tailored to diverse audiences.
- Facilitate workshops and programmes that create high-quality learning experiences.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure learning programmes align with business needs and achieve desired outcomes.
- utilise your understanding of DSAT methodology to design and implement effective learning solutions.
- Support the design team in creating new learning content that addresses identified skill gaps.
- Manage the scheduling and delivery of workshops, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously evolve content based on feedback and business needs.
- Communicate learning initiatives effectively to stakeholders and promote engagement across the organisation.
Essential Skills and Experience:
To thrive in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in a commercial Learning and Development function.
- Strong facilitation skills and the ability to adapt delivery methods to suit various learning styles.
- Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in content writing and resource planning.
- Familiarity with digital resource delivery and best practises in Learning and Development.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Additional Requirements:
- BPSS Clearance is required. (Can be provided)
- Previous line management experience is desired but not essential.
- An innovative mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and best practises in learning.
