Learning and Development Specialist

Artis HR are delighted to be partnering with a successful, fast-paced business to recruit a Learning and Development Specialist.This isn''t a traditional training role. We''re looking for someone who is passionate about instructional design and creating engaging learning experiences that genuinely improve capability across a business.You''ll be joining an established Learning and Development team, taking ownership of designing and developing high-quality blended learning solutions that are practical, commercially focused and built around business outcomes.This role would suit someone who enjoys solving problems, working closely with stakeholders and creating learning that people actually want to use.The OpportunityWorking alongside People Partners, operational leaders and subject matter experts, you''ll identify capability gaps and design learning solutions that support colleagues across the organisation.Approximately 70% of your time will be spent designing and developing learning content, with the remaining 30% focused on facilitating workshops and partnering with the business.You''ll be responsible for:-Designing engaging blended learning solutions across digital, virtual and face-to-face formats.-Building structured learning pathways for a variety of roles.-Creating digital learning resources, video content, toolkits and practical learning materials.-Conducting learning needs analysis and translating business challenges into effective learning solutions.-Working closely ..... full job details .....
