Learning and Development Manager Permanent Full-Time Office-Based Central London We''re partnering with a highly successful and growing consultancy in central London to recruit a Learning and Development Manager on a permanent basis. This is a hands-on and varied role for a learning and development professional who enjoys working closely with people, is confident engaging with senior stakeholders and line managers, and can bring structure and momentum to the Learning and Development agenda. A key focus will be raising the profile of Learning and Development across the business, working directly with line managers to understand development needs, build engagement and ensure learning is effectively delivered and embedded. You''ll also work closely with Learning and development suppliers and support the coordination of the organisation''s apprenticeship scheme. There is also a strong strategic element to the role. As the business continues to grow, you''ll play an important part in shaping the future of LandD and developing a longer-term strategy beyond 2027. You''ll have a broad remit across the Learning and Development function, including: Taking ownership of the day-to-day coordination and delivery of learning activity across the business. Working closely with line managers to identify development needs and ensure they make effective use of the LandD offering.
