Reporting to the HR Manager, you''ll be the engine behind our LandD activity - from induction programmes and compliance training to career development initiatives and external partnerships. What You''ll Be Doing Training Co-ordination and Delivery Designing and managing induction plans for all new starters, from day one through to successful completion of probation Working with managers to identify, prioritise and address training needs across the business Arranging in-house and external training - including compliance, business-wide and individually tailored programmes Delivering and adapting training content to suit different learning styles Administration and Finance Design, develop and evaluate learner-focused training materials, guides, workshops and learning interventions that improve business performance Sourcing external suppliers and negotiating the best rates to stay within budget Identifying grants, funding opportunities and apprenticeship levy options to maximise the training budget Writing ..... full job details .....
