Learning and Development ManagerLocation: Norfolk and has an office in London£45k-£50k plus performance and company related bonus Hybrid 1 day working with home, you will also be expected to be on site in London once or twice a week. We are excited to introduce a newly created Learning and Development Manager role, pivotal to driving performance excellence across our client''s organisation.This position will take ownership of our performance management framework while leading learning and development, enhancing leadership capability, and supporting engagement and recognition initiatives.You will play a key role in embedding a high-performance culture, ensuring managers are equipped, confident, and accountable for developing their teams.Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance ManagementOwn and drive the organisation''s performance management frameworkEnsure consistent performance check-ins, goal setting, and development conversations across all teamsTrain and support managers to set SMART objectives and manage performance effectivelyChallenge and influence managers and senior leaders where standards are not metDevelop practical tools, templates, and resources to support effective people managementMonitor the quality, completion, and impact of performance reviewsMaintain accurate performance data and reporting within the HRIS systemIdentify high performers and support targeted development plansLearning and DevelopmentLead and deliver LandD initiatives aligned to business performance ..... full job details .....
