Working closely with HR, Operations, and Quality teams, you''ll take ownership of learning and development activities, ensuring employees have the skills, knowledge, and support needed to perform and progress.This role offers broad exposure across the business, giving you the opportunity to work with stakeholders at all levels while creating and delivering impactful training programmes, development initiatives, and employee engagement activities.
