Learning and Development Manager

Overview
Learning and Development Manager role at GAUCHO. This role is based at Gaucho Restaurants and involves creating and delivering multiple projects across the business, with responsibility for training strategy and execution.Key Responsibilities
Identify and assess training needs, create tailored training plans, and implement various training methods to enhance employees’ skills and performance.Monitor training program effectiveness, manage budgets, and stay updated on training trends.Develop and rollout a company-wide learning platform and coordinate Gaucho LAB and post-Lab training courses, including coordinating the wider training team.Collaborate with Heads of Departments to assess company needs, observe and work alongside staff, and create bespoke development packages for all departments.Support the Head of Learning and Development to organise the annual training calendar and the Gaucho LAB induction training program for new starters.Support new restaurant openings and training facilitation with the LandD team; assist with regional training as needed.Work with Finance and Payroll monthly to ensure journals and payroll accuracy for all training activity.Recruit, train, and supervise the training team, providing ongoing support and development to ensure high performance.The successful candidate
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a training role, with experience facilitating training across multiple departments at a multi-site level.Strong LMS management experience and content creation.Proven coaching and role-modeling skills; integrity is key.Training Qualification and/or CIPD membership – desirable.Keeps up to date with relevant industry training materials.Salary and Benefits
