About the Role
Pertemps Edinburgh Contracts is seeking a Learning And Development (L&D) Coordinator to join their team in Edinburgh on a full-time, temporary basis until December 2026, paying £18.34 per hour. This hybrid role involves flexible attendance at City Centre offices, working 36 hours per week between 0830 and 1700. Responsibilities include learning a training pack for a new system, collaborating with colleagues to prepare for delivery sessions, scheduling workshops, and maintaining training systems. You will deliver training, provide system demonstrations to groups, and conduct step-by-step walkthroughs both in person and via MS Teams. Key skills required are organisational ability, communication proficiency, and comfort with system training delivery.

Role – Learning and Development Coordinator
Location – Hybrid working (must be flexible to attend the offices in City Centre)
Hours – Monday – Friday, 36 hours per week (between 0830 – 1700)
Pay rate - £18.34 per hour
Duration – Until the end of December 2026
Start – asap
As a Learning and Development Coordinator, you will be:
- Learning a training pack designed for a new system that is to be implemented
- Work with colleagues to prepare for delivery of sessions for the new system
- Schedule training sessions and workshops
- Maintain and update training systems
- Delivering training on the new system
- Providing system demonstrations to groups of individuals
- Doing step by step walk throughs in person and via MS Teams
- Answering questions
- Providing guidance on best practice
- Any other tasks as required
You must:
- Have excellent IT skills
- Be comfortable with picking up new systems
- Be skilled in delivering training through a variety of different formats
