Learning and Development Consultant

As a Learning and Development Contractor, you''ll be joining a well-established, purpose-driven organisation with a strong focus on developing its people and building organisational capability. Operating within the LandD and OD team, the organisation places real value on learning, talent development, and continuous improvement. As a Learning and Development Contractor, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering targeted learning and talent interventions.You''ll work closely with stakeholders to diagnose business needs and translate these into practical, outcome-focused solutions.Your responsibilities will include delivering workshops and blended learning programmes, supporting talent and leadership development initiatives, and coordinating end-to-end programme execution.
