Learning and Development Consultant Location: North Chailey, East Sussex Salary: £35k - £42k depending on experience Hours: 37 hours per week Contract: Permanent We''re looking for a Learning and Development Consultant to join our People Team. This is an organisation-wide role, working with colleagues across education, care, specialist and support teams. You ll work alongside managers, leaders and subject matter experts to understand development needs, identify the right solutions and help colleagues build the confidence, knowledge and skills they need to succeed in their roles. About the Role This is a varied role that combines learning consultancy, design, facilitation and partnership. You''ll work with managers and stakeholders to understand capability and development needs and identify the most appropriate support. This could involve designing learning resources, facilitating development activities, supporting manager development, working with apprenticeships or partnering with subject matter experts and external providers to develop specialist learning solutions. No two days are quite the same. The variety is one of the things that makes this role unique.
