Ability to work from home post probation. Hours 39 hours Salary £23,809.50 - £26,000 Purpose of the role The Learning and Development Co-ordinator will support the effective delivery of training and development across the adult division. The postholder will co-ordinate training programmes, maintain accurate records, monitor compliance, and provide administrative and quality assurance support to ensure staff receive the learning they need to deliver safe, high-quality social care for the individuals that CareTech support. Roles and responsibilities Schedule, organise, and communicate training sessions (face-to-face and virtual) across regions using systems provided.Liaise with LandD Partners, managers, and staff to ensure maximum attendance and minimise disruption to service delivery.Maintain the LandD calendar/schedule and ensure available to managers in an agreed appropriate time frame.Generate compliance reports for managers, senior leaders, and regulatory bodies.Support audits and inspections by providing accurate and timely evidence of training records.Maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure accurate input of data.Track attendance and completion of all training programmes.Act as first point of contact for training-related queries ..... full job details .....
