Learning and Development Advisor HR Group-wide role We''re looking for a Learning and Development Advisor to support the design, delivery and coordination of high-quality learning across the Group. Working closely with the Talent Development Manager, you''ll help create practical learning solutions that build capability, support business priorities and improve the learner experience. This is a varied role with a mix of training design, delivery and operational support, including involvement in management development, business-wide learning initiatives, compliance activity, apprenticeship and early careers support, and day-to-day LandD coordination. What you''ll do Support the planning, coordination and continuous improvement of Group-wide Learning and Development activity Design, deliver and evaluate learning sessions, including workshops, management development, inductions and mandatory training Work with stakeholders and subject matter experts to shape blended learning solutions that are practical and engaging Support apprenticeship and early careers activity, including learner coordination, stakeholder updates and provider liaison where required Provide flexible support for site-based, operational and business-wide learning delivery where required Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring accurate records and reporting Coordinate learning events, bookings, materials and attendance Promote learning opportunities and drive engagement across the ..... full job details .....
