Learning and Development AdministratorLondon Office-Based On-going Temp £16 p/hAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised Learning and Development Administrator to join a busy HR team, providing administrative support to the Head of Learning and Development and wider HR function.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordination, organisation and working across multiple projects in a people-focused environment.The Role:Provide full administrative support for internal and external learning and training programmesCoordinate training logistics including room bookings, joining instructions, catering and attendance trackingMaintain the Learning and Development calendar and ensure schedules and deadlines are metLiaise with external training providers and manage course administrationSupport the administration of the internal Learning Management SystemTrack professional qualifications and CPD programmesMonitor training budgets and maintain expense trackersAssign and track mandatory training, producing regular training reportsAssist with the annual performance appraisal cycle and career development processesMaintain LandD materials and respond to employee queriesAbout YouEducated to A Level standardStrong organisational and time management skillsExcellent attention to detail and accuracyConfident communicator with strong written and verbal skillsProficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPointComfortable working with HR systems and handling ..... full job details .....
