Pertemps Daventry are currently recruiting on behalf of an established global automotive organisation for an experienced Lead Talent Acquisition professional to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded recruitment professional who is ready to take the next step in their career, combining hands-on recruitment delivery with team leadership, stakeholder management and international Talent Acquisition strategy. You will act as the lead Talent Acquisition point of contact for Australia, while also supporting recruitment activity across South Africa and Germany. You will lead a small team of 2 3 Talent Acquisition professionals, providing coaching, direction and support to ensure a high-quality recruitment service is delivered across the regions. This is a hands-on leadership position where you will have genuine ownership of recruitment activity, influence hiring strategy and play an important role in continuously improving the organisation''s Talent Acquisition function. Key Responsibilities Lead, manage and mentor a team of 2 3 Talent Acquisition professionals, providing clear direction, coaching and support. Act as the primary Talent Acquisition contact for Australia, while providing recruitment support to teams in South Africa and Germany.
