Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Lead

A growing construction company based in the Corby area are looking for permanent Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Lead to work on a part-time basis (3 days per week - flexible). This newly created role will take ownership of the recruitment function, supporting the business in attracting, selecting and developing the talent required to support continued growth.
