You To be successful in the role of Lead Stock Condition Surveyor, you ll bring: Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS) with a relevant degree. Extensive experience in housing stock condition surveys. Strong technical grounding and ability to manage projects from inception to completion. Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
