Fortius Clinic are expanding their Scrub team!We are currently hiring a new
Lead Scrub Practitioner
to join us on a full-time permanent basis in
London .This is to work on average 37.5 hours per week (162.5 hours per month).Surgical Centre based in Marylebone, London.Up to
£57,000
- negotiable depending on experience.Work flexibly Monday - Saturday across our theatre sites.Start as early as 07:00 or finish as late at 22:00.
Purpose of Job:The purpose of this role is to manage and coordinate the safe and efficient delivery of perioperative care within a defined clinical specialty in a private orthopaedic surgical centre. The role involves leading both clinical practice and operational planning, ensuring that surgical lists are appropriately staffed, resourced, and executed to the highest standards.Acting as a key point of leadership, the post-holder supports service improvement, promotes patient safety, and contributes to the professional development of the theatre team, while ensuring compliance with hospital policies, clinical governance, and patient experience standards.
